Okay Fierce family,
Who else has fallen in love with chunky boots this season? I've always been a huge fan of the style personally... I first started trying these babies out in 2013 (yes, I'm not new to this, I'm true to this!.) It started after I broke my ankle and at that very moment I knew that my heel game would be forever changed. I tried going back to the skinny heels, but it was just way too painful for your girl... That's when chunky became the new skinny; little did I know that would be my new best friend! I had to have her in every color and style, they always say that history repeats itself...
Fast forward to present day and chunky boots are a must have in every fashionistas arsenal!
More so these days seeing how comfort is the new lifestyle since (Ms. Rona) showed up. There are a ton of trendy sites that carry the chunky style, high end to dupes of the high end and everywhere in between. Some known sites/brands are: Gucci, Prada, Bottega Veneta, Farfetch etc. For the more affordable route brands are: Asos, Free People, Nasty Gal, Zara, Shein, Pretty Little Thing, Macy's etc. Ladies there a plethora of brands out there just do your research and find what works best for you!

Pictured above I'm wearing these super cute white with silver chains in replacement of shoestrings chunky boots by Sam Eldelman. I absolutely love them they're so comfortable and I wear them with practically anything. I paired them with these flame flare pants(fashion nova) that gave me this grunge look but with a cute spin on it with the red sherpa sweater.

Remember when I mentioned finding dupes to some of the more pricey brands, well these black chunky heeled lace up hiker style boots that I found on Ego are perfection! They are a more affordable take on the Gucci Sylvie Web that I'm sure y'all have seen plenty of on every celeb for the past several seasons. Here I decided to pair them with grey sweats, a sheer bodysuit, longline hoody cardigan, my fedora and some nike socks. It just gives a street chic vibe that can take you from work straight to happy hour!

Okay ladies, my last pick are a bit of a wild card and don't we just love a one of a kind look. So I just recently got these Cape Robbin clear chunky sole boots inspired by the Louis Vuitton Laureate boot and can I say they just elevated a look I had in mind without taking away from it.

Look you literally have to get out in these stores and create what you want! You can't just shop one brand or one store and think you're going to get a bomb look. Don't get me wrong you can, but you're probably going to look like the next woman. I chose to pair these babies with my cozy socks, boyfriend style jeans, and chunky knit sweater and may I add that the socks and sweater where bought at different stores but match perfectly!

Alright Fierce family I hope that this was somewhat informative and helped you to either form your opinion on them or style an outfit around them. Let me know your thoughts on the chunky boot style, are you a fan?
You’re so very welcome! That’s where we have the best gems already in our closets.
OMG..I was cleaning out my closet to donate to the Good Will and what did I find that was about to go out. A pair of animal print chunky boots. I love how you have paired yours and I now will be keeping mine. Thanks for continuing to inspire me.
